Property Lawyer needed in West London Paying £31.38 per hr ref Part time hours on a temporary basisKey ResponsibilitiesProvide timely, accurate, and practical legal advice on routine property law matters.Manage a caseload of routine transactions and files, while assisting with a limited number of more complex matters under supervision.Support senior team members, including Principal Solicitors and Directors, with ongoing projects and legal issues.Work consistently within the case management system, ensuring all time spent is accurately recorded each day and chargeable hours targets are met.Instruct external solicitors and/or Counsel when appropriate and in line with team procedures.Attend meetings with internal stakeholders, external partners, and relevant organisations as required.
