A leading UK housebuilder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team on a prestigious luxury new build development in Windsor. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the externals on a high-quality project and play a key role in delivering a standout scheme.

The Role:

• Manage all external works packages on site, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and delivery.
• Oversee subcontractors, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and wider team to drive the project forward.
• Maintain strong health & safety culture and site compliance.
• Ensure exceptional standards are upheld in line with the company''s reputation for luxury housing.

Requirements:

• Proven track record as a Site Manager with major housebuilders or developers.
• Strong externals experience (roads, drainage, landscaping, groundworks, etc.).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of NHBC standards and health & safety requirements.

Package:

Salary up to -64,000 (depending on experience)
