Customer Account Manager Location: Between Sheffield and Chesterfield Salary: £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience Full-time. Permanent If you enjoy managing client accounts and being left to get on with things, this role is likely to suit you. You ll be joining a specialist distributor that s built a strong reputation supplying high-end tableware, buffetware, and kitchen equipment to hospitality businesses across the UK. They re growing steadily, and they need someone who can keep that momentum going by looking after their clients properly. This is a relationship-first role. You ll manage a portfolio of regular customers, make sure they re well looked after, and help them discover more of what the company offers. There s also room to bring in new business through referrals and outreach, but you won t be cold calling from a script. What you ll be doing: Looking after existing clients and making sure they stay happy. Spotting upsell opportunities without being pushy. Following up warm leads and growing your own pipeline. Keeping your accounts organised and well-documented. Working closely with internal teams to make sure delivery runs smoothly. Occasionally supporting marketing activity or promotions. What you ll need: Experience managing customer relationships in a B2B environment. A commercial mindset and an eye for spotting potential in your accounts.
