Assistant Project Leader with a background in construction, refurbishment or conservation is required by our esteemed London based client. 6 months initially-hybrid working 400 a day (umbrella company) Our client are seeking a proactive and highly organised Assistant Project Leader to support the successful delivery of a range of high-profile construction and refurbishment projects within a public sector environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful work in a politically sensitive context, ensuring value for public money while meeting time, quality, and budget expectations. Essential PRINCE2 Foundation, Agile PM Foundation or APM Project Management Fundamentals Knowledge of how construction/refurbishment/conservation projects are delivered and ability to analyse information from a range of sources and draw logical conclusions. Knowledge of process for appointing and overseeing external consultants and contractors to ensure project delivery is to time, budget, and agreed quality standards. Demonstrable financial and budget management skills.
