This is a full time post primarily based at home with some travel required to cover 3 hubs across the North West and Yorkshire.The role

To lead multi-disciplinary review monthly of young people (aged 16-30 years old) in residential care; acting as Responsible Clinician in accordance with MHA (amended 2007) and utilising Care Programme Approach.
