To strengthen their engineering team at their Middlesbrough site, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Engineering Team Leader.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experience engineer with leadership skills to join a progressive and fast-moving organisation where you will play a key role in leading day-to-day maintenance activity, driving improvements and ensuring engineering excellence across the site.Key Responsibilities: Lead and support maintenance engineering activities across the siteEnsure Health and Safety and Quality standards are upheld at all timesCarry out electrical and mechanical fault finding, installations, servicing and repairsWork with PLC and HMI-controlled equipment to maintain production efficiencyDeliver planned preventative maintenance schedulesSupport engineering improvement projects and initiativesTrain and mentor other engineers within the teamPromote a proactive engineering culture focused on reliability and continuous improvement What We re Looking For: Strong engineering background with electrical biasProven leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentGood knowledge of fault finding, preventative maintenance, and equipment reliability
