LandD Programme Manager (International) Perm - London (Uxbridge) Hybrid £50-60K We re partnering with a well-established, international business to find an experienced LandD Programme Manager to join their global HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of learning strategy and programme delivery across EMEA and APAC, working within a collaborative, high-performing international environment. The Role Reporting into the Global HR function, you ll lead the design, implementation and ongoing optimisation of learning and development programmes across multiple regions. You ll work closely with HR Business Partners, global stakeholders and external providers to ensure learning initiatives are aligned to wider business goals. The role will be focused on identifying, rolling out and managing training programmes across international and EMEA divisions.
