We offer our colleagues a friendly, collaborative workplace and the chance to build a rewarding career.Responsible for implementing field-based quality control systems and providing support to all Care and Support Workers within a defined area.Core Duties and Responsibilities as a Senior Care WorkerProvide support in the day-to-day running of the office, including assisting with care coordination tasks. Conduct spot checks on carers in the community, recognise good practice, and report training concerns back to the registered manager. Maintain high standards of care. Participate in the paid on-call rota. Complete care assessments and write care plans. Build relationships with care staff and service users.
