About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead the delivery of a prestigious refurbishment project in the heart of Elgin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a respected construction company on a high-profile development that blends heritage, quality craftsmanship, and modern standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel effectively.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and smooth project delivery.

  • Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations and site compliance.

  • Maintain accurate project records, site diaries, and reports.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or heritage projects.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.

  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, health & safety legislation, and project programming.

  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), and First Aid certified.

  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering quality work.

Desirable:

  • Experience working on listed buildings or conservation-led refurbishment projects.

  • Relevant construction-related qualifications (HNC/HND or degree level).
