The Role

This is a varied and pivotal position supporting the Directors while overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

You will act as a key point of contact within the business, providing high-level administrative and organisational support, while ensuring the office operates efficiently and professionally.



As PA / Office Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing full PA support to Directors, including diary management and scheduling
  • Organising meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes where required
  • Managing emails, correspondence, and general communication on behalf of the Directors
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the office
  • Acting as the main point of contact for office-related queries
  • Managing office supplies, facilities, and suppliers
  • Supporting HR and onboarding administration where required
  • Assisting with company events, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times


The Ideal Candidate

The successful PA / Office Manager will have:

  • Previous experience in a PA, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager role
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders or Directors
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Strong IT skills including MS Office
  • A proactive and hands-on approach
