We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join a Luxury 4 red Star Hotel located in the heart of the Lake District The successful Chef De Partie will have a passion for creating exciting textures and flavours and have a flare for detail. Joining an established head chef and team you will work alongside the kitchen brigade producing 2AA rosette level food.

The Person

The Chef de Partie will have:
