- a newly created and unique position that sits just below the Retail Director. This is an unusual job title in the market, but in practice it reflects a senior leadership role responsible for supporting the Retail Director while having significant accountability for the retail estate.

The Deputy Head of Retail will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the company''s retail strategy, driving customer experience, operational excellence, and commercial performance. This is an

Deputy Head of Retail RoleThe Deputy Head of Retail will support the Retail Director in delivering the brand''s vision and ensuring best-in-class execution across all stores. You will lead by example, fostering a customer-first culture, driving commercial performance, and empowering store leaders to exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

Work alongside the Retail Director to define and deliver the retail strategy as the business continues to grow.

Lead, inspire, and develop store managers and regional teams to achieve excellence in service, sales, and operational standards.

Adapt leadership and coaching to build capability across people management, customer experience, sales, stock management, and visual merchandising.

Drive commercial performance by identifying opportunities to maximise sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.

Champion brand values, ensuring a positive, inclusive, and diverse culture across the retail network.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation and effective change management.

Build strong stakeholder partnerships to align people, product, and operational strategies.

Recruit, nurture, and retain top talent while developing a robust succession pipeline for future growth.
