Your new role

Starting this September, you''ll be working within welcoming primary schools and nurseries, providing support across classrooms and in one-to-one settings. You''ll play a key role in helping pupils stay engaged, access learning, and build confidence.Many roles will involve supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), so adaptability and patience are key.

What you''ll need to succeed

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar support role
• A Level 2 or Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent such as NVQ or CACHE)
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their progress
• Experience or understanding of supporting SEN pupils
• Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
• Flexibility to work in different school settings
