This full-time, permanent position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You must hold a valid, in date FLT Counterbalance license. Responsibilities of the Despatch and FLT Operative Loading and unloading delivery vehicles Transferring stock to and from cold storage areas Operating a Counterbalance forklift efficiently and safely Boxing and palletising products for outgoing deliveries Checking packaging for accuracy, including batch codes and date labels Assisting with daily production and dispatch schedules Completing required paperwork in line with food safety and audit standards Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse environment Requirements for the Despatch and FLT Operative Valid Counterbalance FLT licence - Essential At least 1 year of warehouse or despatch experience Strong attention to detail when handling and checking products Comfortable working in cold storage and fast-paced conditions Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently Food production or basic food hygiene knowledge (preferred) Bendi FLT licence (a bonu
