Albion Search are currently working with a national fit-out contractor to appoint a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly experienced business with some interesting fit out projects across retail, high street and supermarket chains. The ideal candidate would have a degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualifications, along with main contracting fit out experience. Roles and Responsibilities Develop detailed cost plans Manage all commercial costs Interim valuations and final accounts Legal and Contractual compliance Negotiation of main and subcontractor costs Subcontract variation and change management Subcontract final account settlement CVR reporting Procurement The client is paying between 50k - 60k plus car allowance and additional benefits and have a fantastic commercial team to work with.
