What You’ll Do
Lead the charge in transforming workforce data into meaningful insights (and maybe even a few aha! moments).
Spearhead the Trust-wide rollout of e-Rostering to improve rosters and staffing efficiency.
Build strategic workforce plans that support future-proofing the organisation.
Collaborate with senior leaders to make data-driven decisions that actually stick.
Keep systems running smoothly and reliably.
