The team loosely follows the Spotify Agile model and is structured into delivery teams (squads) that are each accountable for a specific set of platform and technologies. The Zenoss Engineer will be responsible the migrating, enhancing and updating the enterprise-wide monitoring solutions for Citrix and Nutanix. Provide best practice guidance and produce low level design documentation and key operations procedures. Additionally, the Zenoss Engineer will provide subject matter expert advice and support to operations teams globally.
