Site Manager - Decarbonisation Project (Freelance)

We are seeking a couple of expereinced Site Managers to lead multiple decarbonisation projects in the Glasow region.

This is an opportunity to work with a respected contractor on a fast-paced scheme, with the potential for ongoing work from a strong pipeline of projects.

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinating specialist trades involved in retrofit and energy efficiency works.

• Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety regulations and environmental standards.

• Monitor progress, manage timelines, and deliver accurate reporting to stakeholders.

• Act as the main liaison for clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering strong working relationships.

• Maintain high quality standards and manage snagging through to project handover.

• Proven experience managing retrofit, refurbishment, or decarbonisation projects

• Experience working closely with the client

• Knowledge of low-carbon technologies, building fabric improvements, or renewable energy systems.

• Valid certifications: CSCS (Black or Gold), SMSTS, and First Aid.
