The setting is centred on pupil s development, as well as an intrinsic desire to make progress both academically and with their own emotional, social and behavioural skills.The school is seeking a passionate team player to take on this short-term role, although there is potential for this to become a long-term placement for the right SEND Learning Support Assistant / SEND LSA. The successful SEND Learning Support Assistant / LSA will bring a new dimension and skill set to this role, be keen to develop their own skills to adapt to the children s individual needs and have a positive impact on the wider school.The position will involve working with students across all Key Stages with diagnosis of Autism / ASD, MLD/ Moderate Learning Difficulties and SLD / Severe Learning Difficulties.
