About the Role As Interim Head of People Experience, you''ll lead, coach and support the People and Culture team to deliver a more inclusive, engaging and effective people journey from recruitment to retention for both employees and volunteers. You ll also guide strategic change, champion employee voice, and improve service delivery across the board.
