Provide the first level of triage of complex issues, analyze options, explain the impact and partner with internal teams to work towards the best solution to the problem

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements across various departments.Develop and maintain business process models to illustrate current and future states.Help to manage and develop execution of QA test plans for enhancements and large projectsCommunicate and coordinate project activities with business, technical and IT organizationsAssess projects and identify essential tasks; reprioritize tasks dynamically during the project; perform risk assessments; identify and evaluate alternativesWhat You''ll Need
