Supporting warehouse function in terms of control and movement of stock - inbound, outbound and whilst in situWorking hours: 2pm - 10:30pmRoles and Responsibilities:Ensure all warehouses are counted as per schedule set each week - these schedules will vary week on week.Report any inventory discrepancies in a timely manner so we avoid out of stock situations.Reconciliation of inventory on WMSSupport warehouse when receiving goods in.Ensure that we are maintaining all housekeeping disciplines.Ensure we are working to and supporting FIFO rulesLiaise on a week by week basis with Q.A. to ensure that any stock on hold is managed in a timely manner.Ensure we adhere to allergen segregation rules.Completion of monthly and end of year stocktake in conjunction with warehouse manager.At all times be aware and observant of Health and Safety regulations ensuring you create a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues.Key Accountabilities and Measurables:Stakeholder with all warehouse KPI''s Complete focus on maintaining an accurate inventory at all timesEnsure your area of work is audit ready at all times ensuring our site standards are met.Raise any Health and Safety concerns with the Area Manager.This role has a responsibility for food safety, product quality, brand integrity and Health and Safety
