Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced 360 Excavator Operator to join a site in Buntingford (SG9).

The Role
You will be responsible for operating a 360 excavator on a busy construction site, supporting ongoing works and ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a 360 excavator in a safe and competent manner
• Carrying out excavation, grading, and trenching works as required
• Assisting with drainage, groundwork, and general site duties
• Conducting daily machine checks and reporting any defects
• Working closely with site supervisors and groundworkers
• Ensuring all works are carried out in line with health & safety regulations

Requirements

• Valid CPCS or NPORS
• Previous experience operating 360 machinery on construction or civils sites
• Strong awareness of health & safety on site
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions
