Project: Refurbishment

We are looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager to lead a refurbishment project in Kilmarnock. This is an immediate start for a manager who excels in fast-paced refurb environments and can manage subcontractors effectively to meet tight deadlines.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project remains on schedule and compliant with all safety regulations. Key duties include:

• Overseeing all on-site activities and managing specialist subcontractors.

• Ensuring high standards of health and safety and conducting site inductions.

• Monitoring progress against the program and reporting to the Project Manager.

• Quality control and ensuring the refurb is delivered to the required specification.

• Qualifications: Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and a CSCS Black Card.

• Experience: Proven track record in refurbishment projects (commercial or residential).

• Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Availability: Must be able to start immediately.

• Rate: -24ph via Umbrella.

• Start: Immediate.
