This is a full-time role starting as soon as possible, continuing until the end of the academic year.The school benefits from excellent transport links, making it easily accessible from surrounding areas.The Role: Supporting students with a range of SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs Working closely with low-ability students to provide tailored academic support Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment Collaborating with a highly supportive SEND team and teaching staff Building strong relationships with pupils to encourage confidence and progress The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience working with children with SEN (in schools or similar settings) A Psychology graduate (preferred but not essential) Resilient, patient, and adaptable with a positive attitude Someone who enjoys a challenge and finds the role rewarding Strong communication and teamwork skills Requirements: Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) References covering the last 2 years Right to work in the UK Why Apply?
