Team Leader - Children''s Home Complex Mental Health

We are currently working with a provider of children''s care to recruit a Team Leader to work in a home in Walsall for children with Complex Mental Health.

This is an exciting role for an experienced Team Leader to join a company who are currently going through a time of growth and development.

To be successful in this role you must;

• Have at least 2 years of experience of supporting within a children''s home
• Hold a NVQ Level 3 in children and young peoples residential care ESSENTIAL
• Have experience of working with children and young people with learning disabilities and Complex Mental Health.
• Be dedicated to providing outstanding care
