Due to continued growth my client, one of the UK's leading specialist designers / installers of Ultra HNW Residential Audio Video solutions, currently seek an experienced engineer to join their friendly team. Duties will include:

• AV installation and configuration (Crestron / Lutron)
• Communicating with site teams and other trades
• Managing site teams and mentoring junior colleagues
• Ensuring that installs are of the highest calibre
• Rack building
• Programming (not essential)
• Translating technical drawings

Applicants must be experienced AV engineers ideally with a background in high end residential installations. You will possess previous experience using Crestron and Lutron as well building racks and be an effective communicator with strong problem solving skills.
