Account Manager

Location: Harrogate
Salary: £27,000 + Bonus

We are recruiting for an exciting Account Manager role within a vibrant Harrogate-based business. This full-time, permanent position involves managing a large portfolio of existing accounts, fostering relationships, and creating opportunities to cross-sell and upsell. 

Responsibilities include:

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within existing accounts
• Order processing,
• Dealing with customer queries.
• Answering inbound phone calls,
• Making outbound sales calls to existing B2B customers
• Booking meetings for current customers to maintain and grow relationships
• Contacting lapsed business

Candidate requirements:

• Proven experience in account management or sales experience
• Proactive and consultative sales approach
• Strong telephony skills
• Excellent communication skills
• IT literate
• The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
