To support this growth, we have a fantastic opportunity for Assistant Managers to join our Transactions Assurance team and work with companies on the audit and assurance requirements of both UK and US initial public offerings, and with a wide variety of project-based assurance and accounting topics, including carve out transactions, acquisitions and opening balance sheet audits.
