They currently have a requirement for an ambitious Sales Executive or someone who''s confident and motivated, looking to start their career, who will be based across sites in Lancashire and Cheshire. About the role of a Sales ExecutiveThe Sales Executive role will initially be a float role based on new build housing sites across Lancashire and Cheshire before being based on your own development 1-2 years down the line. You will be responsible for covering holiday and sickness. You will utilise sales tools, promotions and incentives, manage all sales proceedings including regular contact with customers with regards to contract exchange deadline to ensure that are that these are achieved and customers are kept fully informed throughout the buying process ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.
