Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain IBM i and IBM z infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Administer and support mainframe storage systems and hardware components. Provide technical expertise in CICS and DB2 environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and troubleshooting. Monitor system health and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime. Document infrastructure configurations, processes, and procedures.
