Work with Financial Services and Commerce and Industry clients undergoing Change and Transformation projects.Recruit Technology or Change professionals, including interim/contract roles, and manage multiple contractors.Engage with senior stakeholders (e.g., CTO/CIO and HR Director) to understand needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.Qualifications

Experienced Technology or Change recruiter with a passion for delivering exceptional service to senior stakeholders.Ideally from an Interim/Contract background, with experience recruiting roles up to £1500pd and managing multiple contractors.In return, they offer an attractive basic salary, an excellent commission structure which includes a monthly bonus scheme and quarterly incentives.
