Accounts Administrator in central NorwichFlexible and part-time hours on Tuesdays/Wednesdays/Thursdays We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our welcoming and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong bookkeeping skills and experience using Xero and Sage to support the smooth running of our finance function. The role: Processing invoices, expenses, payments and receiptsMaintaining accurate financial records in Xero or SageReconciliations of bank accounts and supplier statementsAssisting with monthly management accountsSupporting the preparation of financial reportsLiaising with suppliers, clients and internal teamsGeneral finance and administrative duties as requiredAbout You:Proven experience in a finance or bookkeeping roleStrong working knowledge of Xero or SageExcellent attention to detail and accuracyGood communication and organisational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer:Supportive and friendly work environmentFlexibility for a good work/life balanceCompetitive salary and benefits package
