We are looking for a Contracts Administrator to join the team of a well established organisation in the Atherstone area, on a temp to perm basis. This role is offering a great opportunity to expand your experience in a friendly team.

Contracts Administrator

Monday to Friday

-16-20ph paid weekly via umbrella

Perm ( -30k per annum)

Temp to perm-

Atherstone area

As a Contracts Administrator, your main duties will be:

  • Assisting with contract coordination-
  • Ordering stationary, stock etc
  • Liaising with IT on repairs and raising jobs
  • Raising purchase orders, as well as invoices and dealing with any queries
  • Managing compliance and documentation for auditing purposes
  • Being the main point of contact for stakeholders, clients and contracts
  • Assisting with financial tasks and assisting with supply chain management
  • Financial reporting and accounting experience

As a Contracts Administrator, you will need:

  • Experience with multi stakeholder engagement
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages such as outlook, excel etc
  • Experience in financial reporting and accounting experience
  • CAFM system operational experience
