Role Overview:

We''re looking for an experienced Senior FFandamp;E Designer who can confidently lead the sourcing, specification, and delivery of exceptional furniture, finishes, lighting, art, and accessories for luxury residences. You''ll play a pivotal role in realising the studio''s creative vision across multiple prestigious projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead FFandamp;E design across all stages - from concept and presentation boards to procurement, budgeting, and on-site installation.

• Curate and source world-class furniture, textiles, lighting, artwork, and accessories that reflect each project''s bespoke vision.

• Prepare detailed FFandamp;E schedules, specifications, and procurement documentation.

• Liaise directly with suppliers, artisans, and makers to ensure the highest quality and timely delivery.

• Collaborate closely with the wider design and technical team to maintain cohesive project narratives.

• Attend client presentations and site visits as a key representative of the studio''s FFandamp;E department.

About You:

• A minimum of 6-8 years'' experience working on luxury residential projects, with a strong and refined FFandamp;E portfolio.
