This role is suited to someone with a solid systems administration background who is comfortable working across a Microsoft estate, supporting core infrastructure, and taking ownership of more complex technical issues that sit beyond 1st and 2nd line. The environment is centred around a Wintel estate and strong day to day experience across Microsoft 365, Group Policy, Exchange, Active Directory, Intune and Scripting will be important. The team is also beginning to look at Azure, so any exposure there would be useful, but this is not the main focus of the role. This is a position for someone who enjoys practical technical support, understands how to keep core systems running effectively, and can work as part of a collaborative team delivering reliable internal IT services.
