About the Role

• Manage mechanical, electrical, BMS, and fire protection projects from start to completion
• Coordinate design, installation, and commissioning phases
• Oversee subcontractors, engineers, and client relationships
• Monitor project programmes, costs, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and specifications
• Attend site meetings and provide progress updates
• Identify and manage project risks and challenges
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting throughout the lifecycle
