Our client is a leading supplier of roofing and building materials with branches within and around the M25. We are currently recruiting for an HGV Driver to join our busy Surbiton branch. The role: • Delivery and collection of roofing and associated materials to site and respective suppliers, by means of mechanical and/or manual loading and unloading • Clearance of second-hand materials and rubbish from site • Loading and unloading customers, suppliers, and own vehicles • Assisting customers with enquiries • Responsibility for routine vehicle inspections on a daily basis • Weekly inspections recorded on the official Company report document • Always maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the vehicle • Maintain all statutory records • Act in a courteous manner to customers and other road users All applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK, and documented evidence will be required as part of the recruitment process.
