Performance Improvement and Insight Officer

One of my local government clients are currently recruiting an experienced Performance Improvement and Insight Officer on a temporary basis. This is a 3-month minimum contract with the possibility of the role being extended further to work Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm. Hybrid working role were, however, you will be required to attend the office 2/3 times a week. Overview: This role is part of a newly created Business Insight and Improvement Team within housing and is about developing services from the customer perspective, monitoring the performance across housing and delivering a performance management framework for the service. Specifically, the post holder will work to design and deliver the services performance management framework ensuring it effectively promotes improvement, informs decision making and has a robust regime for targets and their reporting. Developing, reporting and monitoring of performance and insight data and systems ensuring robust information is available to support business and service decisions. The role will support the development of policies and procedures and will support colleagues in our approach to complaints and resolution.
