You will be experienced, self-motivated and exceptionally well organised, as well as having the ability to utililise both management and leadership skills in providing great services to the staff, residents, volunteers, participants and business users who are part of YMCA Doncaster. This role deals with both the big picture and the tiniest details, and needs someone who is great at balancing both planned and unexpected work.
