With a strong presence across global financial centres, the firm is renowned for its breadth of expertise and collaborative culture.This is a rare opportunity to contribute to a highly regarded fund finance practice, advising on sophisticated transactions across multiple jurisdictions. The team has played a key role in shaping the fund finance market and continues to advise on a wide range of fund-related finance and leverage products. You will work on complex financings for funds across the UK, Luxembourg, the US, Asia Pacific, and offshore jurisdictions including Jersey, Guernsey and the Cayman Islands.Key responsibilities include:Advising on fund finance transactions including subscription, NAV, bridge, co-investment and management company financingsActing for a broad spectrum of fund types including private equity, secondaries, infrastructure, direct lending and special situationsDrafting and negotiating finance documentationCollaborating with colleagues across jurisdictions to deliver seamless adviceBuilding and maintaining strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholdersCandidate profile:Experience gained at a top-tier law firm with a recognised finance practiceStrong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree)Excellent drafting and written communication skillsTechnically proficient with a commercial approachA collaborative team player with the ability to lead transactions and support junior colleaguesThis is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing team within a respected international firm.
