Project Manager - Audiovisual

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the seamless planning, organisation, and delivery of AV integration projects. Working with a dedicated team including a Project Engineer and Project Coordinator, the Project Manager is ultimately responsible for the end-to-end success of installations.
This role is predominantly office/remote-based, but will require flexibility for site attendance depending on the project scope and client requirements. Some international travel (mainly within the EU) at short notice will also be required.
Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of allocated projects from handover through to completion, documentation, and service transition.

Define and manage project programmes, schedules, and resources.

Monitor progress and adjust plans to align with client/contractor schedules and internal availability.

Lead and chair project meetings/workshops, ensuring actions are tracked and completed.

Manage key aspects of projects including:

Programme & risk management

Budgeting, invoicing, and financial control
-
Resource allocation & scheduling
-
Change management & delay/EOT management
-
Client/contractor expectation management
-
Quality assurance and project sign-off

Oversee deployment of Project Engineer and effective use of Project Coordinator.

Ensure timely delivery of project tasks and milestones.

Manage client financial obligations, ensuring invoicing and payments are correctly processed before equipment is released.

Liaise with internal teams (Design, Commissioning, Fabrication, Warehouse, etc.) for smooth project execution.

Prepare and submit weekly project updates to management.

Deliver professional client handovers, including training, documentation, and as-built records.
Candidate Requirements

Proven experience managing AV integration or related technical projects.

Strong all-round technical knowledge of AV solutions and manufacturer products.

Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Ability to lead project teams and manage client relationships effectively.

Professional, enthusiastic, and adaptable approach with strong attention to detail.
-
Willingness to travel abroad within the EU, sometimes at short notice.
