Director of Clinical Services - Private Mental Health Hospital Full-time 37.5 hours London A leading private mental health and addiction hospital is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Services (DoCS) to provide strategic, operational and clinical leadership across a 100-bed site offering adult, young people''s and addiction services. You will oversee all clinical departments, ensure high standards of governance, lead on staffing and workforce planning, and drive continuous improvement across a diverse range of mental health and specialist services. This is a key senior role working closely with the Hospital Director, deputising in their absence and supporting the delivery of an ambitious clinical strategy.
