Our client is currently seeking a committed and experienced Site Supervisor to join their team on a contract basis within the highways sector. The position will be based out of the Dartford depot, with primary responsibilities on-site in Bromley.

• Supervising construction activities on highways projects to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
• Monitoring site safety and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed
• Maintaining detailed and accurate site records, including daily logs and progress reports
• Managing on-site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment
• Ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and authorities
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting on-site issues as they arise
• Ensuring that all site activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements

• Experience in site supervision, particularly within the highways sector
• Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and site safety management
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities
• Proficient in using site management software and tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Valid UK driving licence

• Contract type: 6-month contract
• Work schedule: 40 hours per week
