Senior Project Manager

to join our growing team and support the delivery of a range of high-profile urban design and masterplanning projects in the Middle East, Africa, and beyond.This is a full-time position based in

Central London

, ideal for a talented, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with

at least 10 years of post-qualification experience

in urban design and masterplanning within a relevant consultancy environment. This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in shaping the growth of the practice.You will work closely with the Urban Initiatives leadership team to manage large-scale masterplanning projects, with a strong focus on client engagement, team coordination, and delivery. The role involves

overseas travel

, predominantly to the Middle East and Africa.About YouTo be considered for the role, you should demonstrate:Proven experience managing large-scale masterplanning projects, particularly in the

Middle East and/or AfricaA

creative and strategic approach

to urban design and masterplanningStrong

organisational and project management skills

, with attention to detailExcellent

client-facing skills

, including communication, presentation, and report writingFluency in

written and spoken EnglishAbility to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple deadlinesA collaborative mindset, with initiative and leadership skillsIn addition, the ideal candidate will:Share our

strong people management skills

and experience overseeing project initiation, sub-consultants, budgets, and programmesBe proficient in relevant software, including

Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
