Main Duties: As Head of Finance, your main duties include: Act as a key executive partner to the Sales, RandD, and Operations departments. Prepare and present financial and operational reports to the Board. Lead and oversee the development of the finance functions across the group. Establish and refine financial reporting and regulatory compliance to meet the expectations of external partners, such as banks, while driving and managing ongoing operational performance. Supervise budget planning, forecasting, and monthly operational reporting for EMEA. Oversee the year-end audit process for EMEA as part of the global audit and consolidation, coordinating with external financial advisors. Play a pivotal role in MandA activities by providing financial modelling and integration support. Develop and implement global policies and procedures. Manage local treasury operations and cash flow. Handle tax obligations, including statutory reporting. Ensure financial operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements across all territories. Location / Office / Culture This role is hybrid working, typically with 3 days in the offices in Oxford and 2 days from home.
