You will play a vital role in supporting pupils to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially, within a safe, structured, and inclusive learning environment.Key Responsibilities: Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to pupils with high-functioning SEN needs. Support pupils in accessing the curriculum and participating in school activities. Work closely with teaching staff, SENCO, therapists, and other professionals to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behaviour support strategies. Assist pupils with developing social skills, emotional regulation, and independence. Promote positive behaviour in line with the school''s behaviour policy. Support pupils during transitions throughout the school day, including break and lunch times. Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and incidents, and contribute to review meetings where appropriate. Foster positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, and the wider school team.
