SourceCo are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a busy finance team within a well established and growing food manufacturing business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to develop their finance career within a supportive and fast paced environment.

The Role

You’ll play a key role in supporting the finance function, helping to maintain accurate financial records, produce reports, and assist with management accounts and forecasting.

Key Duties

• Processing and maintaining financial data and cost allocations
• Supporting weekly and monthly management accounts
• Sales invoicing and recharges
• Investigating cost variances and reporting findings
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Producing financial reports and analysis
• Supporting wider finance operations where required

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
• AAT qualified, studying towards CIMA, or qualified by experience
• Good Excel skills including pivot tables and data analysis
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
