This growing 4m international boutique Consultancy in London, provides advice to Senior Management in the Political, Defence, Media and Education sectors. Projects are of multi-million pound value and can be conducted over several years. The company is seeking to appoint a full time Group Finance Director, a role created due to its recent growth and to aid the implementation of its development plans.Reporting to the CEO, the Group Finance Director role is both hands-on and strategic and will include:Hands-on responsibility for the day-to-day finance functionMaintain complex intercompany and group issuesManage cash flow and various funding streamsImplement and shape effective financial governanceSupport the CEO with decision making within a complex operating modelProvide management information and project analysisManage statutory, tax and regulatory requirements, liaising with advisorsSupport relationships with key external stakeholders and fundersOversee ad hoc issues such as insurance and ITThis Group Finance Director role will require a high-calibre experienced Finance professional, with a strong work ethic and the capability to work closely with a team of high-achieving consultants and Board. The role will require a creative, innovative, outcome-oriented approach, together with a strong and robust personality.
