What You Will Do:- Advise and assist managers across the company to ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental (SHE) policies and procedures.- Conduct regular occupational health, safety, and fire prevention surveys to meet legislative requirements.- Carry out surveillance audits in manufacturing areas to identify risks and implement improvements.- Coordinate and deliver health and safety induction training for new employees while maintaining accurate training records.- Lead Tool Box Talks and training sessions to promote safety awareness and best practices.- Monitor and report on SHE trends, issues, and risks, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets.- Support the company in maintaining and achieving accreditations and awards by implementing client-led initiatives and recommendations from audits.
